Shipping Times
The “ships in” time shown on the cart page indicates when we expect your order to leave our warehouse. To simplify your experience, all items in your order will ship together.
Delivery Timeline
- Final delivery typically occurs within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
For rural or remote areas, delivery may require an additional 2–3 business days. - In certain situations—such as conflict zones, natural disasters, or political issues—delivery may take longer than expected.
Our team will proactively notify you of any additional delays and keep you informed. - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with detailed shipping information, including a tracking number.

Our return policy is designed to provide transparency and flexibility while maintaining our standards.

Delivery Methods
FedEx Delivery
Smaller items, such as lighting and dining chairs, are delivered through FedEx.
This service is available 7 days a week for residential addresses, and Monday–Saturday for non-residential addresses.
If no signature is required, FedEx may leave the package at your doorstep.
Threshold Delivery
Larger items, such as sofas, dining tables, and lounge chairs, are delivered using our threshold delivery service.
Your items will be brought to the first secure and dry area on your property, like a porch or garage.
Delivery will be scheduled at a convenient time.
White Glove Delivery
We offer white glove delivery at select zip codes.
Our team will carry your furniture into your home, unpack it, assemble it (if applicable), and remove the packaging.
If this option is available in your area, it will appear during checkout.
Missed Deliveries
We understand schedules can change. Here's how missed deliveries are handled:
- FedEx:
- If no signature is required, the package will be left at your door.
- If a signature is required and you’re unavailable, FedEx will attempt redelivery the next business day.
- Threshold / White Glove:
- You’re entitled to one free reschedule if you miss the agreed delivery window.
- A second missed appointment will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
Defective Products
- We prioritize the quality and safety of every product.
- Upon delivery, inspect your items carefully.
- If packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and mark it as "damaged" on the receipt.
- If damage is minor, you may accept the delivery but must note it with the carrier.
- For damage discovered after unpacking, contact us within 30 days of shipment.
Email us at support@sohnne.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.
Resolution
- Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement item or parts at no extra cost.
Replacements ship within 5–7 business days after verification. - Damaged or defective items are only eligible for replacement of the same product (color, style, finish).
Refunds or exchanges for different products are not available.
