Vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed using credits earned by the customer through qualifying methods. Vouchers are unique and tied to your account when you redeem them. Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or promotional codes unless stated. The Birthday Reward will be issued on the first day of every month via email. To be eligible, Sohnne Club members must have made at least one prior purchase and added their birthday to their profile at least seven days before their birthday month begins. Eligible members will receive 500 points as a Birthday Reward, which will be automatically added to their account within 7 business days.

Members will be notified via email when their Birthday Reward points have been issued. Alternatively, they can view their updated points directly in their account.

The issued credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
