The Sohnne Club Terms & Conditions

Eligibility. Customers must create a Sohnne account to be eligible for the Store Credits Program. Customers with existing Sohnne accounts are eligible for The Sohnne Club by default. Only one account may be associated with a single email address.

Credits. Credits will be added to the customer’s account after a qualifying action is completed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Credits are valid only for customers of www.sohnne.com. Customers with qualifying credits may redeem them for vouchers under the following conversions:

Vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed using credits earned by the customer through qualifying methods. Vouchers are unique and tied to your account upon redemption. Vouchers are only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable to shipping costs, Room of Choice and White Glove delivery services, or Mulberry Extended Warranty, unless explicitly specified. Vouchers are valid for customers of www.sohnne.com and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or promotional codes, unless explicitly stated. Vouchers cannot be used on Limited Edition Collection products. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credits, and cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders.

Sohnne reserves the right to verify the validity of any voucher and may, at its sole discretion, cancel or refuse to fulfill orders where a voucher has been used by a non-qualifying customer. Your purchase and delivery are subject to Sohnne’s standard Terms & Conditions. Additional conditions of use may apply and will be communicated by Sohnne.

Activity on the Sohnne website. An active user on the Sohnne website is defined as someone who has joined The Sohnne Club and has performed one or more of the following actions within 1 year:

Returns. All purchases made using a redeemed voucher are subject to Sohnne’s standard Terms & Conditions, and are therefore eligible for returns or cancellations. For full Sales and Refunds Terms & Conditions, please refer here.

No Combination. All credits obtained through qualifying methods can be combined, as long as these actions are completed under the same account. Credits earned from separate accounts cannot be combined. Credits can be redeemed for vouchers, but redeemed vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes offered by Sohnne. Vouchers cannot be used on Limited Edition Collection products.

Right to Close Accounts. Sohnne reserves the right to close the account(s) of any customer and to suspend your participation in The Sohnne Club if Sohnne determines that the customer attempts to use the program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation. If your participation in The Sohnne Club is terminated, all unredeemed credits will become void.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Sohnne reserves the right to cancel The Sohnne Club or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any unredeemed referral rewards or credits will be forfeited at that time without any obligation.
