Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sohnne’s Refer-a-Friend Program (the “Program”). As a participant, you agree to comply with Sohnne’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, along with the specific terms and conditions detailed below. These rules ensure transparency, fairness, and an enjoyable experience for all participants.

I. Qualified Referral

A “Qualified Referral” refers to a successful referral that meets all the following criteria:

• Referral Link Usage: The Referred Customer must access Sohnne’s website via the unique referral link provided by the Referrer.
• First-Time Purchase: The Referred Customer must make their first purchase with Sohnne.
• Minimum Purchase Requirement: The first purchase must exceed $900, excluding taxes, discounts, shipping fees, returns, and other applicable deductions.
• Shipping Location: The purchase must be shipped to an address in the United States.

Additional Notes:

• Each Referred Customer counts as one Qualified Referral, regardless of subsequent purchases.
• Orders cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent are excluded from qualification.

II. Referred Customer Eligibility

To qualify, the Referred Customer must meet these conditions:

1. Unique Identity: The Referred Customer and Referrer cannot be the same individual. This includes having different names, email addresses, delivery addresses, and phone numbers.
2. Account Creation: The Referred Customer must create a Sohnne account during the referral process.
3. Voucher Terms:
   • The Referred Customer will receive a $100 voucher for their first purchase exceeding $900.
   • The voucher is valid for a single use only and cannot be divided or combined across multiple orders.
   • The voucher expires 60 days from the date of issuance.
   • The voucher cannot be used with other discounts or promotions, unless explicitly stated.

III. Referral Reward Terms

Referrers will earn 100 credits for each Qualified Referral.

1. Reward Issuance: Referral credits will be added to the Referrer’s account 14 days after the Referred Customer’s order has been delivered, provided it is not cancelled or returned.
2. Reward Redemption: Credits can be redeemed as vouchers according to the following tiers:
   • 50 credits = $50 off (minimum spend $900; redeemable twice across separate purchases).
   • 100 credits = $100 off (minimum spend $1,500).
3. Credit Expiration: Referral credits will expire after 1 year of inactivity on the Referrer’s account.
4. Referral Cap: A Referrer may earn up to 8 Qualified Referrals per calendar month. This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of the Program.
5. Tax Responsibility: Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from the rewards earned through this Program.

IV. Compliance and Program Integrity

1. Anti-Spam Compliance:
   • All referral links must be shared in compliance with anti-spam laws and regulations, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act.
   • Unsolicited bulk emails or other forms of mass distribution are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in disqualification from the Program.
2. Prohibited Activities:
   • Referrers may not use fake accounts, self-referrals, or other fraudulent methods to exploit the Program.
   • Sohnne reserves the right to suspend accounts or withhold rewards if such activities are detected.

V. Combining Rewards and Credits

1. Single Account Policy: Referral credits can only be combined with other credits under the same Sohnne account. Credits from multiple accounts cannot be merged.
2. Voucher Use Restrictions:
   • Redeemed vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
   • Vouchers are not applicable to Limited Edition Collection products.
   • Vouchers must be used in compliance with their minimum spend requirements.

VI. Dispute Resolution

Referral Disputes:

• If multiple Referrers claim the same Referred Customer, only the Referrer whose link was first used to complete the purchase will earn the reward.
• Sohnne reserves the right to determine eligibility in case of disputes.

Appeal Process:

• Any disputes or concerns must be submitted via email to legal@sohnne.com within 30 days of the incident. Sohnne’s decision on disputes will be final and binding.

VII. Program Modifications and Cancellation

1. Right to Modify or Cancel: Sohnne reserves the right to amend or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. Any unredeemed rewards at the time of termination will be forfeited.
2. Notification of Changes: Updates to the terms will be communicated via the Sohnne website or through email notifications.

VIII. Governing Law

This Program is governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of California, and adheres to applicable European Union regulations for participants located in Europe.
